In February 2026, the Vancouver Police announced that Lee was charged on November 28, 2025, with multiple counts, including: ✅ Sexual assault ✅ Sexual interference ✅ Sexual exploitation These relate to alleged offences against two teenage patients (minors at the time): One incident in Burnaby in December 2015 involved a 14-year-old girl.
