He feels lower now than when we were getting slapped 5-1 by Munich and humiliated at Palace, Bournemouth, etc. The three seasons before we won the league in 89, we finished 7th, 4th and 6th. Ask him how he felt losing to Real Zaragoza in the last minute, or Galatasaray. Better still, Barcelona in 06. I could go on and on. Each to their own, but this is the lowest point in 40 years.
