I always struggled with waiting growing up. But like, pretty much most of the things I wanted as a child, I got eventually. Maybe not exactly how I wanted, but I got them. For me, time can sometimes move so slowly.

You can easily repeat this event. 1 Go sit in the car 2 Turn on the heater 3 Recite a scripture or just sing a song I'm not debunking anything here, just stating the fact. Humans can also construct our own versions of reality by having different perceptions.

Whatever’s going to happen— is going to happen. Despite us. It’s part of something greater. Something that’s already happened— something that’s happening right now— and something that will continue to happen. Whatever is in our control isn’t part of it. The things we control will either align with it, or they will run counter to it, causing friction in our lives— b/c what’s happening is unstoppable. When things work out for us, it’s not necessarily that it’s part of God’s plan— it just doesn’t interfere with it. When things don’t work out for us, there’s comfort in knowing that it is for a divine reason— something greater. Truth is an ALL or NOTHING commitment. Complete surrender is what truly sets us free. Nothing less.

I hear your frustration, I went through the exact same stuff as a new Christian. But hear is the thing, God speaks to you in many ways, and the way he is speaking to you right now is through your internal fraternal system. The mind is a word generator made up of a bunch of different parts. It likes to argue things backwards and forwards. This is how thinking works. It isn’t exactly God talking to you but your own mind. You are tapping into the exact same function that generates your dreams for you. I hope this helps.
