His voice got better with age. Absolutely incredible ❤️

It’s very good but not better than in the 80s.
I’m hearing just the opposite.
Bottom video was taken in 2022, not 2026. And I wouldn’t say it got better. He can definitely still sing though.
I heard Tom Jones say that when we get older we lose a lot in our physical body except for our singing voice.
It’s just the voice got clearer with better equipments.
No way….. declining testosterone took the energy out of it.
Sounds good for his age, but young guy had different energy ngl
Damn, we all got old since those days. I was 17.
This is nice! I think this comparison holds up well too: Bronksi Beat, "Small Town Boy" 1984 vs 2019
People are dumb. Of course they are not going to sound like when they were at their peak as super young whipper snappers. They’re old fogeys now. Just glad they’re still out and about instead of being at home getting ready for bed like most senior citizens.
1985 clip is lip syncing.
Idk about better, but he's held up well Love Tears for Fears
@grok is the top singer Tom Jones?
Disagree ..it gets worse with age ..and also its not too bad now with age it changes .. Macca and rod sing like they have used their voice a lot sadly are too examples.
They are still awesome live. They need to get their asses back on tour
I miss the 80s.
It’s very amazing
One of the worst songs ever made. Does anyone actually listen to this when it comes on the radio?
.. everytime i hear this song i think of the show “POSE”. lol. such a 🔥 song.
Love that song
Adam Sandler would put this in every movie he do if he could lol
It matured.
Well done!!!
i remember this song very well. i believe i was in 7th grade. this group tears for fears was way ahead of its time. even when i hear their music now, it brings back tremendously wonderful memories from that time in history. congrats to them on a band member's birthday, @curtsmith 06.24.'26.
Damn I’m getting old 😭😭
A lot get better with age, then there comes a point where all that touring and singing nonstop ruins their voice.
True but They’ve made better songs
Better? …
Fabulous 👍
I wouldn’t say so, he isn’t hitting the same notes at all.
