Well, To be completely fair... We in South Texas love our Pachangas, sombreros, speaking Spanish, and free beer. But we need less hangovers and more action.

My dad knew Ann Willis pretty well, from Waco high. She is portrayed in a sort of flat cartoon way that was good political craftsmanship. I don’t believe I’ve seen a good portrayal of the person underneath all that big hair. All that was written was built for her audience

She ain’t wrong. She also is way too conservative for the Democratic Party.

Every election season, you can count on liberal Democrats to preach some nonsensical rhetoric and propaganda. The one thing that has changed is that South Texas is now RED instead of Blue. South Texans must like the beer.

As someone who read Molly Ivins in high school (a few years after she passed), I'm loving the resurgence of clips of her and Ann Richards.

I love this one!!! I do hope we show up in November to start the transformation to blue.. But there are a lot of stupid people in this state
