Mayor Mamdani said Thursday that he wants all of New York State to subsidize the illegals being harbored in NYC. He also wants to raise taxes on the rich and corporations in NYC. Gov. Hochul has already rejected raising taxes, but Mamdani keeps pushing and demeaning her stance. NYC has wasted billions in recent years on illegals. Instead of helping deport them, Mamdani pledges to do everything he can to obstruct ICE from removing them from the US. Meanwhile, these illegals receive an insane amount of free benefits from NYC taxpayers. If NYC received more state funds, it would effectively subsidize illegals, since money is fungible. Deporting them would save NYC billions over time, free up housing and resources, and make the city much safer. As I’ve said before, it’s simple to fix NYC. We already know how. Yesterday was a Special day for Budiriro South constituency. Instead of a ground breaking program we ended up having a record breaking one 😅. More than 5000 residents came out to support the Chimbumu program. Yesterday the community rose above politics and became united for a cause. If there is something that keeps me going is the support that I get from Budiriro South residents. I also appreciate my friends for always being supportive. We are defining new ways of leading our communities. Special thank you goes to the council and the mayor Mayor of Harare, Jacob Mafume for making sure that land barons are prevented from taking this place. I also want to thank Australian Embassy, Zimbabwe for supporting the people of Budiriro South constituency. Bachelor’s by 12. Master’s by 14. Doctorate by 17. While most teens are figuring out high school, she was defending her dissertation and becoming the youngest person to earn that specific doctorate at ASU. She’s also a poet, dancer, entrepreneur, and founder of the Dorothy Jeanius STEAM Leadership Institute, lifting up the next generation. The world is truly her oyster. 🌍💚 Respect. 👏 ❤️🔥

LinkedIn wrapped is here! And it's made with Rive Stoked to be invited by BUCK to join the project. I wasn’t actually animating the thing though I had more of a technical assignment and we had quite a few things to solve. There is 9 chapters total (but not everyone sees all the chapters or even all the slides in given chapter) in 3 languages, the data being sent to Rive is raw so we had to cover for many variables: - A progress bar aware what chapters are included for given user - A progress bar checking what slides are included for and logging their duration time to progress bar - A custom slider solution (the default Rive slider is not enough if you turn contents on and off) - A State Machine logic aware of chapters or slides skipped from playback - A custom slider behavior for when there is auto-slide (instant) and tap-slide (slide animation) - A custom text-length tracker for to dynamically change font-size for long strings - A custom screen ratio tracker to scale down the UI for small screens - Handling dynamically handle big numbers (10,000 becomes 10k etc.) - Handling translations (3 languages) - Super complex behaviour for when if some data-point is missing we don’t leave a blank space, but it is being replaced with other data point instead (so some user se A-B-C, but some will see only B-C as if A never existed without leaving blank space) - Rage click prevention Amazing experience, thanks for having me. So… with a show of hands, who’s buying the fuckin dip? 🙋🏻‍♂️ $TSLA keeps handing out opportunities to the ones who can see the forest through the trees. The market and short-term minded investors seem to be obsessing over one quarter, while I’m looking at where this company is going over the next 5-10 years. Bro… this is what I see: • Deliveries are up +25% YoY to a RECORD second quarter. • Revenue is up +26% YoY to $28.2B, pushing Tesla above $100B in trailing 12-month revenue for the FIRST TIME EVER. • FSD subscriptions up +56% YoY to 1.48 million, with a record 55%+ attach rate on new North American Tesla deliveries. • Energy storage deployments up 41% YoY, with Megapack demand continuing to grow. • Services revenue up 50% YoY, becoming a larger, higher-margin part of the Tesla’s business. • Robotaxis are now operating across seven major metros, with Cybercab production officially underway. • Optimus production lines are being installed this year. • And despite investing more aggressively than ever, Tesla still finished the quarter with $43.5 billion in cash. Sure, margins were under pressure. And yes, free cash flow was negative. But this is bc Tesla is spending $ billions building AI infrastructure, expanding factories, ramping Cybercab, Optimus, batteries, and compute. The Tesla team is investing to build and be the leader for the next decade. Always remember, the biggest returns rarely come from buying when everything feels safe… they come from buying when everyone seems to be shitting their pants, while the fundamentals remain intact. NFA, of course… it’s just my two cents from a nobody. But I’m bullish then ever on the future of Tesla.
