Hitting this challenge fully geared up is so different than doing it in fresh air. My compression and bala are all drenched like I’m being trapped in a sweltering sealed cage. Kept the helmet vents fully shut so I was literally fighting for every breath—totally gassed by the end.

Rumor has it I’m still swimming… 😂 Lol, but hey, I’m about to get real for a second. There have been many moments recently where I’ve felt like the currents have been too tough to swim through… All I wanted to do was throw in the towel and come up for air. But it’s in moments like this where I remind myself that I CAN swim… and I’m actually a damn strong swimmer at that! I may have to hold my breath for a little longer, or paddle a bit harder, but I always make it to the other side. So this is your reminder to just keep swimming. If I can do it, so can you. The push off by SGA is the one move I think should be called more often. Especially when he extends the arm fully. But don't forget: the defender is already moving in that direction so sometimes it looks worse than it is. I'm not sure there was a ton of influence by this push off tho

GM 💎 🙌 I love it when people try to belittle me or try to hurt my feelings by reminding me that I’m in a wheelchair. The easy answer is that I wasn’t born like this. Just like you, I left my house one morning thinking everything was going to be ok. This injury happens EVERY DAY to so many people, you could be next. The hard answer is, even with all my disadvantages I’m still monumentally successful in every realm of human endeavors, I have an amazing relationship with the woman I WANT, I’m extremely healthy, I’m getting stronger and stronger every day, my life is on an upward spiral of success and achievements and I’m only getting started! 😎 My question is, can you handle this injury like I’m doing? NO! The answer will always be NO!

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted.
