Okay, so this is what I found out. This is why they’re still not releasing the identity. It's the law in the UK that they don't release the name or any identifying information until after the suspect is charged. But they got around it by releasing him on bail, so they didn't have to release any identifying information. So we don’t know. It’s a 💩-show. It probably would have been racist.
