HOAs are stupid AF

Imagine paying dues just to be treated like a child. Hard pass.

I would ask why they're even demanding that, but HOA's inevitably end up being run by power hungry, tinpot dictator types who love to throw their weight around just because they can, so no need.

HOAs attract the kind of people who would fail at running a lemonade stand but love bossing others around.

Why on earth would they want them open. Thieves and critters getting in. Letting in heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Not to mention it looks much better closed. This is crazy.
