Out of context it sounds crazy but at the time there was a concerted effort by Islamic militias in Iraq to destroy all non-Islamic historical artifacts in the country. In reality Hobby Lobby likely saved thousands of pieces of history from destruction at the hands of these fundamentalists. It is a pity they got punished for it.
