Sasa hapa, do we blame the contractor for a shoddy job or the Governor's for not investing in proper drainage?

This is poor road construction. That water could have easily been underneath and road passable, but then the contractor had to cut on elevation.. so sad .

Garissa close to Bangal. Garissa is now completely cut off. Actually Northern Kenya is now completely cut off. Government is still quite.

This is not elnino. Ruto said there's no elnino why are you people forcing elnino. It's just bad drainage that Uhuru refused to fix & we should give this regime time to fix it. It's just one year & you're complaining. Hatupangwingwi

The NEP leadership should relocate from Nairobi to the Northen part atleast for a week to suffer with the people. I wonder if they understand the pain their people go through .

That whole litres of water shouldn't go to waste. A functioning government would harvest, store it, and then supply locals with it during famine.

This is the importance of geography in civil engineering. How comes they never checked the topography of the area?

The bridge design is a sham. A strong elevated bridge could have been mounted in this location. No brainer. The location is a waterway. The contractor and the resident engineer could have caught this too. SMH

what if the north eastern counties made an economic block and built a mega dam to store such water? mobilize resources from donors and other bodies and deal with the perennial drought cycles in northern Kenya. Egypt is literally a desert but under irrigation.

SC, How dare you contradict the God fearing president who vehemently denied the existence of Elnino? Are you aware that some times back you could have been cited for contradicting the all knowing office of the presidenct sir. Have a lovely weekend void of the contradictions.
