During the chase scene in Dark of the Moon an extra driving one of the cars was injured by some debris. They couldn't use a shot where a person had been so badly injured so they reused a shot from the Island. Extra got a big payday out of it from what I understand.

Filming a widescreen TV in portrait is by far the worst thing going on here.
