Sessions is my congressman and his office did a great job helping my dad with a veteran issue. However, i was not aware of his position on this issue. I well remember this during the next primary. This issue about having workers for farms, ranches and similar work is very easy to solve. Countries all over the world deal with temporary or seasonal workers. It is the big beautiful door that should be part of the big beautiful wall. Reform the visa process. We have the technology. It isnt rocket science. But there are too many companies and politicians who do not want reform. Follow the money.

Ever wonder what the incentives are for farms that hire using H2 visa employees? Look it up it’s a win win for them. No having to pay social security or Medicare so why would you want to hire a U S citizen? So are you wanting American citizens or pay a cheaper wage and not pay into the system like everyone else who employs people?

@TheLastRefuge2 When I was a kid, teenagers spent summers doing farm work. My own kids spent several weeks every summer detassling corn— it’s a shitty job, but helps them form a good work ethic and builds character. More parents should make their teenagers work summer jobs.

Pete should know better. There were many farmers who use legal companies that bring in temporary migrant workers to work in their fields during planting and harvesting time. There is an entire gov't department that handles all the paperwork for these seasonal employees.
