FGO Arcade hasn't been ported, it's been on PC the whole time. The arcade system it runs on is just a PC, you could run the files on any PC with similar specs as long as you found a way to get around the security checks + emulate the servers, which there are plenty of tools for.

Yeah and someone finally managed to do that so now it can be played in regular pc’s hence why I said ported

The difference is you had to do the security/server checks yourself and no casual wants to do that. This Chinese guy is building up a client to smooth things over.
