I joined this Texas Clear Sky Movement because I need to learn a lot more facts about what is going on and what effects whatever is going on is having on Texas. I post this hearing of Texas House State Representative Wes Virdell, TX State Rep 's on his HB 1382 which started out as a bill to eliminate weather modification and changed into one to stop geoengineering spraying in Texas. In this hearing, I, and I think the Texas House members on the panel learned a lot about the issue. My summary of the hearing is that we learned that there are two different programs/activities going on. One is rain enhancement and to a slight extent, hail size reduction activities going on in Texas that is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The rain enhancement activities carried out by the state spray silver iodide into developing thunderclouds in the troposphere (between 5000 and 10,000 feet) in the air with the objective of increasing the rain produced in the clouds. There are 5 or 6 companies/entities licensed to do this in Texas. One representative in the hearing said that his brother living in Oklahoma is noted that rain enhancement into a developing cell in Texas eventually developed into a tornadic system that hit his house with a tornado. He saw the correlation and presumed that the Texas cloud seeding created the tornado that hit his house. The science expert for TDLR did not agree that cloud seeding causes tornadoes. He said it is designed to create more rain. The other activity going on is the stratospheric (several miles high) spaying of aluminum compounds (and maybe barium and strontium based compounds) in the grid patterns. This is called geoengineering. A representative of one of the rain enhancement companies said that this was being done with the objective of reducing global warming by creating a haze that reflects sunlight away from the earth. I am still unclear who is doing the geoengineering spraying. Is it the federal government as the rain enhancement rep said? Or is it privately funded? I have seen a video elsewhere of a former CIA director admitting it is being done. But if it is the feds, what federal entity is doing it? How much fed money is going to do it? When was it authorized, and for what purpose? After TDLR and the entities doing the cloud seeding in Texas (some of whom testified) visited Rep Virdell to tell him about the difference between weather mod/rain enhancement and geoengineering, claiming positive and benign effects of weather modification, Virdell changed his bill to target geoengineering being done instead of any regulated or funded by the state of Texas. The bill by Virdell had the votes to get out of committee and to the House floor, but Chair Dade Phelan (the former speaker of the Texas House and the chair of the committee in the video) refused to hold a vote, so the bill died. BTW, Kerrville is in Wes Virdell's district, and he has been out doing what he can to help in the response to the devastation of the flooding in his district. Note also that the testimony from citizens was primarily targeted at the health and environmental risks associated with spaying heavy metals and silver iodide over Texas. One of the rain production proponents claimed he has never seen a study that says that silver iodide for rain seeding is not safe. But I think I heard one of the witnesses saying that there are studies that are. But, boy, I still have a lot of questions. 1) How do we know that the Texas regulated rain enhancement program is not causing these freak rainstorms? I want to see a lot more science on this. I even think that the question about the enhancement of tornadic activity by cloud seeding that was asked has not been answered to my satisfaction. And I would VERY MUCH like to know if there was any cloud seeding activity that correlates with this most recent flooding episode. 2) Who is doing the geoengineering over Texas? How was it authorized? What chemicals are they using? What health and environmental studies have been done on whatever they are spaying? 3) What studies have been done on the impacts on weather (and rain production and tornadic impact) from the geoengineering going on that takes into account the combination of BOTH Texas weather mod activity AND geoengineering spraying? (This is kind of like asking whether there have ever been any safety studies on the combination of all the vaccines being recommended for children, nowadays. It is possible that one activity by itself does not do any harm, but a combination of multiple factors does.) I argued in the hearing that we need a stop to all of this until the people of Texas have had time to have input into what is being sprayed on them and what the health, environmental, and weather impacts are on them using unbiased, special-interest free studies. I still believe that. I hope that by reading info provided in this group, I will get a lot more answers to these questions. Thanks for letting me join.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent just hit ANOTHER U.S. citizen with their car… and then fled the scene. In the video, the U.S. citizen was walking down the sidewalk and went to cross the street. When he was almost all the way across the street… that’s when the ICE agent chose to drive forward, directly towards the person, and hit them with their car. Not an accident where someone didn’t see them… a decision… to drive forward… into a pedestrian who had the legal right of way. The victim immediately says: “I’m in a crosswalk… you just hit me… wait for the police!” Which, by the way, is exactly what you are supposed to do, because hitting someone with your car, and leaving, is a crime. It’s reckless driving at minimum… potentially assault with a deadly weapon, depending on intent. And instead of staying at the scene… You see the agent back up… pause… and then drive anyway. A federal agent, who is meant to enforcing the law, just committed a crime… and fled. If you did this, you’d be in handcuffs before the sentence “I didn’t see them” finished leaving your mouth. Your car would be impounded, you’d be charged, and sitting in a holding cell. That’s if the ICE agent didn’t shoot you first. But when an ICE agent does it? 🦗🦗🦗 ICE agents ARE the criminals.

I don’t agree with everything Robert Kiyosaki says. But on AI, he’s right. The AI boom is the next systemic bubble ,and it will be bigger than 2008. AI wasn’t funded with equity. It was funded with leverage, structured cash flows, and fragile collateral assumptions. That’s why capital is already shifting into #GOLD and #Silver. This isn’t fear, it’s positioning. When the AI credit structure cracks, the response won’t be just rate cuts. It will be massive QE. And QE at that scale doesn’t lift risk assets it accelerates the flight to hard money. I’m already tracking the fractures in real time. 2026 is when this accelerates violently.

Watch the shift… because this is where it goes from aggressive to completely out of control. The driver already has the window partially open. The ICE agent is yelling, giving a countdown, threatening to break the window… while another officer is trying to open the door from the other side. No explanation, or clear threat… Just escalation. Then, someone inside says, “I’m a U.S. citizen… you pointed a gun at me.” And that’s the moment everything changes. Instead of pulling back… instead of correcting… instead of even acknowledging it… The ICE agent snaps. “I don’t give a shit who you are, I don’t know you.” And then he immediately escalates further… raises the metal bar… and starts hitting the window… doubling down on force. A person says you pointed a gun at them… and your response is not to de-escalate… It’s to get MORE aggressive. That’s retaliation. They call them “non-compliant”… and within seconds, the window is smashed and the driver is dragged out. And it doesn’t stop there. The passenger… who is recording… gets told to “stay there” while the officer puts his hand on his gun. He responds, “I’m recording for my safety.” The officer shuts the door on him anyway. When he opens it again and steps out… and then the officer physically shoves him back into the car. This is what needs to be understood… The escalation didn’t come from a threat. I made the movie in a way that it would be true on both levels, and I spent a lot of time to get that. If you want a scientific explanation, you know, of course, in quantum mechanics there is a very interesting principle, the principle of uncertainty, Heisenberg’s principle. If you have a big object and if you try to measure the place of the object and the velocity of the object at the same time, the more precisely you measure velocity the less precise place gets. So that’s the principle. That means, of course, that there are different realities possible at the same moment. What I wanted to do in 'Total Recall' is to do a movie where both levels are true. I mean for me, of course, the film anyhow has to do with two realities, one being the reality of going as a secret agent to Mars and discovering that there is a problem, and solving the problem, which is starting the nuclear reactor and helping the guerrillas and destroying Cohaagen. The second level of the movie, of course, is that from the moment that he goes into the Rekall chair ‘til the end it’s a dream, and I tried to make that second level work throughout the whole movie. So there’s the dream level which starts when he gets into the chair and the thing is in his neck, and that would go throughout the whole movie, so in the next scene where they say, Oh, there’s a problem, there’s a big glitch here, that would be already the dream, of course. That’s where the dream starts. And the next scene where they are fighting and stuff would be part of his dream, convincing him that it is real, because there is a glitch but that would be part of the program. It would be built into the program to make him accept the fact that it’s real, but it’s a dream. If you look at the movie, if you haven’t seen it, or for the second time, you’ll see that the whole program that’s set up at the beginning when he goes to the Rekall office and he talks to this guy who sells him the program on Mars, you’ll see that he gets everything that he wants: he gets the trip to Mars, he gets the girl, the exotic girl, he ki!!s the bad guys, and he saves the entire planet. That’s what he does. And that’s basically the dream. Even halfway through the movie, you may remember, this other guy comes in, Dr. Edgemar, and tells him that he’s in a dream, that he’s still in the Rekall chair, and then Arnold says, “If I’m there, I can ki!! you.” And he puts a gun to his head and the guy says, “Sure, no problem for me, big problem for you, because you will be psychotic from now on because the walls of reality will fall apart. One moment you will be the savior of the rebel cause, the next moment you’ll be Cohaagen’s bosom buddy, but in the end—you will even have these strange fantasies about alien civilizations—but at the end you will be lobotomized.” And then if you see the movie, you realize that all these things happen. I mean he is lobotomized at the end. That’s why at the last shot, when they are so happy and kissing each other, it slowly fades to white, which for me meant, “OK, there he goes. That’s the end-that’s the dream—they lobotomized him.” And all the other things happened, he finds the alien civilization, he rescues the planet, he finds the good girl, he k!!ls the bad guys, but it’s a dream. Now, of course you can see it as a reality, too. So at the end of the movie, getting to white means either it’s a happy ending or he loses his brains . . . which is probably also a happy ending, I don’t know. That was basically what l wanted—that at the end there would be two possibilities, and they would be both true—for me they are both true—it’s not either one or the other. It seems that Republicans are trying to gaslight everyone into believing that Dayanne Figueroa rammed into an ICE agent’s car… So let’s break down the video, frame by frame. 1. This is Chicago… a dense, urban area with traffic in every direction. 2. The street is two-way… you can clearly see another car driving toward the camera. 3. The ICE agent, in an unmarked vehicle, is sitting in the road. 4. They then make a very wide turn… onto the left side of the road. 5. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are instigating confrontations with U.S. citizens to manufacture an excuse to use force and make arrests, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. In the video, U.S. citizens are standing in a parking lot. They are minding their own business when ICE agents approach them. The agents start taking pictures of them, their license plate, and asking questions they don’t have to answer. That alone is intimidation. Then a citizen criticizes an agent saying, “Especially with all your gang tattoos showing. You take off your badge and then fight? Is that what you do?” Not a threat. Not a challenge. Speech. And immediately an agent tries to reframe it: “Is that a threat?” That’s the setup. When that doesn’t work, an ICE agent takes off his duty belt… gun, ammo, restraints… and says: “Hey, you want to fight?” This is the tell. They’re not trying to de-escalate. They’re trying to provoke a reaction. Because if a civilian swings back, pushes, or defends themselves, ICE suddenly gets to say: “assault on an officer” “resisting” “threatening behavior” Even though ICE initiated it. When other agents restrain him, the same agent suddenly claims: “I wasn’t serious, I was just proving a point.” No. You don’t remove your weapon to “prove a point.” You do it because you’re trying to start a fight. Then he admits why they came over in the first place: “I want to see what was going on with you guys.” That’s not reasonable suspicion. That’s fishing. Then he flat-out says: “I fuck with anybody and everybody.” That’s the tactic. Harass. Escalate. Provoke. Then arrest whoever reacts. And when civilians call it out, the excuse becomes: “At the end of the day, it’s a job.” No. Your job is not baiting U.S. citizens into confrontations so you can put hands on them. The man filming sums it up: “You have the protection of all of this shit knowing if we fuck you up they gotchu.” Exactly. ICE agents know civilians can’t defend themselves and any reaction gets criminalized. So they push. They poke. They try to start fights so they can arrest U.S. citizens. We’ve been hit with a winter storm here in Alabama—some are calling it an ice storm, and that’s pretty accurate for my area. Not much snow yet, but plenty of ice, rain, and sleet. Today I’m out spreading ice melt on driveways, sidewalks, and ramps for some of the elderly, disabled, single parents, and veterans we serve locally. I’m currently at Mr. Wayne’s house in this video, putting ice melt down on his ramp, he had some ice on it . It will get worst later A few days ago, I picked up some ice melt and a spreader to help with situations like this—so this is actually my first time using it. Just doing what we can to keep our neighbors safe during this weather.

I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.
