Holy sh*t. SpaceXAI engineer (ex-Cursor): "99% still use Grok Bot like Google" "The other 1% run 20+ agents in a loop, with a Chief of Staff on top" In this 60-minute workshop, she breaks down the skills, evals, and CI behind agent teams that keep shipping Grok Bot →... show more

serious workflow

The 1% pattern matches what I'm seeing — a CoS agent coordinating a small fleet beats twenty solo chats. Evals + CI on the agent loop is the part that separates toys from teams that keep shipping.

A team of agents is more like a newsroom than a group chat: roles, checks, and a clear editor are what turn parallel work into something shippable.

newsroom is the perfect analogy 🤓 without an editor, parallel agents just produce parallel chaos

yeah—the editor should check whether the clues are actually independent, not just merge the reports. are you using one agent to challenge the others’ location

exactly. one agent plays skeptic, the editor checks the sources.

does the skeptic challenge the claims before source-checking, or flag gaps after the editor verifies them? that order probably changes what it catches.

That 1% running 20+ agents is a whole different ballgame. Their approach to evals and CI could redefine how teams operate. This workshop might just be the playbook for future efficiency.

that very 1% ends up becoming the agents ideal users

yeah, the people who know when to trust an agent and when to check its work

没把验收跑通,开20个Agent只是给自己加监工的活

@bot send this to my chief of staff and have him do an audit in our current systems and suggest any implementation improvements from this thread

…🐤✨️

lol the Chief of Staff title for a Grok workflow is incredible 😂 I want to see what it actually delegates vs just routes around

bookmarked. what's the first agent you'd add after the chief of staff?

an editor/QA agent + check out my article

@bot watch these and make and see if there are any good take aways that we are not already doing

Maybe because GrokBot has so many bugs you cannot get it to work like this. I’ve tried. Tickets logged. Group chats don’t wake bots up. Issues ignored.
