I've seen home alone dozens of times. This one is dumb. They never say the church gives them the creeps

But it’s common knowledge they shoot alternate scenes. Maybe just like upgrading phones regularly, they simply switched out for different version for the fake movie we live in. Seems simple enough. I don’t know.

Don’t remember that line from the movie at all. It’s not a big line lol

Not to mention TV aired versions of Home Alone. I remember the line, and it did happen. Whether it was in the theatrical release. I have no idea and don’t remember. But I have definitely seen that line play out. And I vaguely recall, that line was either adlibbed by Joe Pesci, or it was used for a different scene and then edited in for the church in a TV aired version. I can’t remember lol.
