That's according to new Home Office figures, which also reveal an 8% increase in the number of people in asylum hotels. Political campaigner Jovan Owusu-Nepaul says migrants should be integrated and put into houses, while Director of Popular Conservatism Mark Littlewood believes compounds will work.
