1 and 1 Half Cups of AP Flour 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder + Baking Soda Pinch of Salt 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup of Sugar 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar 1 Egg 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon (ADJUST IF NEEDED) Pinch of ground Ginger For the frosting. I literally just used Frosting and sprinkles and mixed it. I chilled the dough for about 1 hour! I cooked it in the oven on 350 for about 6-7 minutes & let them cook completely.
