Homicide Investigation Update: 2/3/2023

Update #2: HTF detectives have been able to identify the victims in this investigation. Once we have made family notifications we will update here.

Update #3: The victims in this homicide investigation have been positively identified by investigators. They are: Armani Kelly, Male, Oscoda Montoya Givens, Male, Detroit Dante Wicker, Male, Melvindale We offer our condolences to their family and friends.

Homicide Task Force detectives are continuing to investigate this homicide. Currently the cause of death and motive are unknown. This will be the final update of the day pending new information or an arrest. Anyone with information can contact 800 SPEAK.UP or 855 MICH.TIP.

So sad. Whomever it was, meant them no good. I'm sorry they did not avoid this tragedy. People out there are vicious. As a mother, I am so sad for their families. I wish Armani had've turned around and went back home to his mom and fiancee. Detroit is dangerous!!!!

I JUST CANNOT understand why the death penalty is not used more frequently and more quickly in this country??? Violent criminals should be treated like criminals in Arab counties in my opinion. They should not be sitting in prisons for life on our taxpayer dime! 🦾🦾🦾🦾
