Hmmmm, My husband and I have a trust account and our house and banking is in it. Using this logic, we are donating to the trust with every paycheck! So therefore we should not pay any taxes.

Sounds great, but most Americans receive their paycheck from an employer that’s taxed already so I’m not sure the benefit other than perhaps protecting the funds? Do trusts earn interest? I don’t know. Still learning meself.
