Later he brought some people on stage to do Live Therapy. "Does anyone have some real shit they wanna talk about, they wanna discuss?" The main girl was 24, white, red dyed hair, and her great plight was that her Chud younger brother wouldn't stop calling her 'female.' She said "he calls me asking for my advice with women, but he doesn't listen, he says they're all 'trappin' I don't know what that means... he's an alcoholic he's in and out of rehab I don't know how to help him," Gecko asked "whats his job?" She said "He's a farmer, like my dad" Thick Wisconsin accent. Nobody seemed to have any sympathy for this girl's chud younger brother. Stupid foid in the audience screamed out: "SO YOU TALK ABOUT WANTING TO HELP HIM... BUT WHAT DOES HE DO FOR YOU? WHAT HAS HE DONE FOR YOU LATELY?" Yass, you go girl, finally somebody else participated, telling the girl "OMG I KNOW YOU, YOU WERE MY TATTOO ARTIST, DO YOU REMEMBER ME?" and then that non-gendered person came up on stage to show everyone (really just the front row) they/their calf tattoo. Everyone clapped. The drinks weren't enough. The merch line was long after. I went out to get a slice of pizza and took a long walk. I drove an hour back to my hotel. I regretted going out that night at all.

Last week I went to a comedy show in Madison WI, all college kids and Therapy Gecko on stage doing a powerpoint. He was doing crowd work and asked what some guy did for a living. Kid said "carpentry." Gecko was like that's cool man, whenever I ask that question in New York I always get some bullshit answer like "Oh I'm building a data center that kills puppies" The crowd went wild

How do you sit through this and not want to bash your head into the wall behind him (honest question)
