Respect to all of them seriously mean that, but with all due respect, some of them seem to be overweight a little,🤔, and I mean that, with all due respect, i just hope military is keeping an eye on our soldiers fitness, & make sure that they have all of the equipment they need✌️

Absolute STATE on that beret!

I would seriously suggest some extra PT for 90% of you, including your CO and RSM. That was pretty shocking. With the exception of one brigade within the British Army, the rest are unoperational.
