Hope everyone is having a good 2025! PieceofCraft and I have been hard at work on this #banjokazooie Dreams project and I wanted to share some progress. Much is WIP still and lots more behind the scenes that I don't want to spoil yet, but exciting stuff so far!

@Piece_of_Craft This looks literally so good - what's the animation pipeline like in Dreams?

@Piece_of_Craft I wouldn’t count myself as an animator, so I couldn’t really tell you how it compares to other pipelines 😂 but it’s pretty much as simple as make a timeline and start keyframing some poses and blending them. You can probably find some videos showing the details of the process

@Piece_of_Craft I'd pay alot of cash if it meant it went to a Kickstart for making the rest of the game, you have no idea how much I want a remake of both games, I'm tired of waiting!

@Piece_of_Craft Are you going for a recreation/remaster or a reinvisioning, like a whole new game?

@Piece_of_Craft Definitely more of a reimagining. I want to recreate the level but imply some time has passed - some of the geometry has changed a bit and you engage with it using different mechanics

@Piece_of_Craft be careful posting this, who knows if nintendo or rare would be lame and take some kind of action against this

@Piece_of_Craft Pretty sure Nintendo can’t since they don’t own the IP, they’d be 99% of my worries (Also since it’s made in Dreams, there is absolutely no way for me to profit from this or distribute it so I’m probably okay. Fingers crossed)
