Now commercials on prime. Nothing ever gets better, it only gets worse. Charging more for the same thing when there is more competition is not a good strategy.

So my $140 a year membership doesn't even guarantee no ads in videos and now that is added to products are often not cheaper than your competition and shipping that is often late. Your services are getting worse, and you're charging more. Im going to seriously consider not renewing Prime if you don't reverse this decision

Thanks for the email alerting me to adding commercials to Prime videos that I'm already paying for through a subscription and offering to take those commercials out for an extra charge. Looks like it's a good time to cancel my Prime account.

What's the point of paying for Prime Delivery when my orders always arrive late thanks to your driver just marking them as "Delivery Attempted" & never getting out of his truck or leaving them in the parking lot or street to just get stolen? @AmazonHelp @ajassy

Why are you putting commercials in the prime programing. I pay for prime. I do not want commercials. If I wanted commercials I would pay for cable.

If there is no way to separate off Prime Video from shipping subscriptions I’m almost certainly going to drop Amazon and begin buying more locally. Your leaders have WASTED tens or even hundreds of millions pretending you’re a movie studio, now we’re on the hook.

I got the exact opposite of joy today from you Amazon. My @audible_com membership restarted out of the blue and charged me $16. I've removed all payment options from my account as I cannot trust your company anymore.

Not when something I ordered last week was supposed to be here yesterday and has sat 20 minutes away at a facility since 1:27am yesterday. Only thing my son wanted for Xmas and it’s not even here. Prime member and can’t get decent service.

I have little understanding on how it is the responsibility of the customer to track down missing deliveries when you pass off the items to other carriers. I paid for an item from Amazon and Amazon should be responsible enough to ensure whatever a customer buys, arrives properly.

You charged me to renew annual 5 months ago. Now you say you are adding commercials to ad free content you already charged me for. I've been a member since it was only for 'free' 2 day shipping. I almost never watch your original content. Done. Canceled. I'll pay for shipping.

What fucking moron exec thought this was a great idea to include ads no matter what. I'm not paying another $2.99 a month. I'll just drop Amazon and use another server. Amazon's products are bottom of the barrel anymore.
