If you are not currently under arrest, then you enjoy every single Constitutional Right there is, including calling an attorney. Don't be fooled by cops who don't acknowledge, know, or care about your Constitutional Rights. They have absolutely no power over you until arrested.

Judging about some of the comments, none of you have ever learned the whole core concept of accountability. She's getting exactly what she deserves and frankly he had way more patience than she deserved.
