Thanks for lining up the visuals really nicely. It’s interesting to watch but still doesn’t clear up much for me. What’s your interpretation of events?

driver applied enough leftward force on the steering wheel to disengage FSD. FSD did not steer left like he claimed you can actually see FSD fight him for a moment before the override in the torque graph

Data is the new oil, but most businesses are running on fumes 🛢️ Why? Data chaos: scattered systems, manual reporting, missed insights. What if your data could work for you? Here’s why companies fail to unlock data’s potential—and how to fix it (link in the next post👇):

extremely frustrating that people lie and blame FSD for a crash like this. anyone who has used it knows that it doesn't just veer off the road wildly.

Anyone who has spent more than 3 minutes experiencing the latest FSD knows the software would never do this. It was obvious

Removing the steering wheel might help. Lol

This is the frame that matters. The steering torque immediately preceded FSD disengagement. Driver somehow bumped the wheel, I assume inadvertently, and the car veered left and FSD was disengaged.

Saw a video recently on WhamBaamTeslacam of a woman yeeting her car into the side of a freeway barrier while using FSD because she reached back to fix her baby's bottle and hit the steering wheel with her knee. It looked EXACTLY like this...

What we learned: You can still steer into a tree if you jerk the wheel Did this guy fall asleep on the wheel or was this a retarded publicity stunt? Clearly a disengagement to cause this

100% fell asleep at the wheel with left hand dragging dragging down.

no it doesn't clear up anything. why did auto pilot apply the steering torque like that? what's it mean when autopilot's line moves from right to left. no idea diff between steering position and torque. lastly, where's this telemetry come from?
