Looks like you could use a little levering, or at least a bearing/smooth surface - right there at the point of in highest friction.

Ever thought of putting a silicone "wiper" in the exit hole for the rounds? Would have to rexess a mounting boss into the face of the ammo stack, but you could mold one (or TPU print one) so that the reduced diameter center the round, then push thru. Awesome build. Got files?
