We had a frozen conflict in the east of Ukraine for years after Russia’s occupation of Crimea in 2014. We tried to speak with Russia. But we heard nothing but lies from them. No truth. We can’t trust them. They just want to destroy and kill all of us. In 2022 we saw them attack us again. And this wasn’t just war, but terrorism. Clear terrorism. They killed not only the army, but people. They committed horrible atrocities. Russia must leave our territory. After that the world can switch to diplomacy. And our Peace Formula provides a good opportunity for that. What is the alternative? To give Putin the possibility to kill all of us? To destroy our nation and all that we have? This is not only a matter of Ukraine. This is a matter of security in Europe. The matter of NATO unity. Because after Ukraine, Russia will attack NATO countries. Some people say the alternative is to give Putin what he wants and stop the war. What does that mean? Giving him 30 percent of our land? What to do with the people in the temporary occupied territories? Or with the thousands of people who have been killed by Putin and his army? Forget about them? No accountability? No tribunal? I know what to do. We have to be strong. I believe that European countries and the United States believe in our power, our humanity, our attitude toward people and democracy. The alternative is to give a pass to autocrats, give a chance to tyranny, give them the opportunity to destroy democracy and the world. I don’t see any alternative to Ukrainian victory. And I do believe in the unity of the world and its support for Ukraine and democracy. I do believe and trust our people and our warriors. #Manipur It is sad that even with all the horrible burnings and killings and kidnappings of small kids and women going on - the situation isn't serious enough for the Hon'ble PM and GOI to speak or act. 500 days and more of Manipur burning - armed militants roaming around freely attacking civilians and farmers, CM of neighbouring State openly supporting uniting of all Kuki Zo across 3 Countries while Manipur burns because of the same demand, still the situation isn't serious enough for the Hon'ble PM and GOI to speak or act. What is the boundary to be crossed for the situation to be serious enough? How many more people to be burnt and kidnapped? How many women and children to be tortured? How many more months for the poor displaced 60k people to languish in heart breaking situations in camps inside their own homeland?? What more are we all waiting to happen? What is this act east policy which doesn't allow our own Govt to act and protect its own citizens and their homes in India's own far eastern most State? What is the role of drug lords and international hands in this to keep the State boiling and segregate population along ethnic lines to cause borders and strategic areas to be controlled by the Christian tribals? Is our own GOI a part of this or just plain helpless? Or is it the intelligence that the GOI gets not the real picture as it passes from the ground to the Head through layers of bureaucrats who are more affiliated to their own communal agenda rather than their constitutional duties? Or is it just plain looking down upon the natives as unworthy of attention - let them settle the way they want kind of attitude? Is it only the land and its strategic location that India takes interest in and not its indigenous people? These are questions that deserve answers from those who wield power and are able to take decisions. Manipur doesn't deserve such treatment. Allow this situation to continue some more time and more and more people will start being convinced that India doesn't deserve to have Manipur as one of its States. Sometimes the customer wakes up in the wrong side of the bed and takes it out on me. This man went to order a coffee at his local McDonald’s and when I tried to see where the worker was rude, I only saw the customer being impatient and rude yet for whatever reason the customer thinks it’s the worker’s fault. How do you feel with the grumpy people? I have a feeling he’s not a morning person. On many occasions I dealt with the rudest people. This woman called into the pizza shop with a horrible attitude, it confused me because the way she was talking I would have thought I knew her and did her wrong before. But that wasn’t the case she was just being a jerk for no reason. She starts off the interaction with unreasonable demands. It was already 10 mins till closing and she asks if I had any mess up orders that I made wrong or customers just didn’t pick up. I tells her no, then she asked if she could get a cheese pizza slice but wanted it fresh out the oven. I told her all the slices we had were made within a half hour and if she wanted a fresh cheese slice I would have to make a whole cheese pizza and charge her accordingly since she would be my last customer of the day and that I would have to end up throwing it away. She said if that’s the case let her buy a slice and expected me to give her the whole pizza for $3. I declined once again and told her I couldn’t do that because I was done making pizza for the day anyways I would never make a fresh pie at the end of the night. No matter how much she argued I told her that whatever slices I still had was all I could offer. However if she wanted a whole pizza I could do that. She argued for another 2 minutes and gave up, deciding to get a pepperoni slice and I hurried up and heated it and have it to get. Then I told her we were closing and kindly asked her to leave. She ended up calling the next day complaining about her slice of pizza and how rude the worker was which was me, she just didn’t know it. I told her I would have done the same and after she argued again she just hung up. She was arguing in hopes I would have gave it to her for free but this isn’t my first rodeo.
