That strike reportedly killed over 300 Palestinians. This is a chilling illustration of a pattern of Israeli attacks wiping out entire multi-generational families. It has taken so long for rescue teams to dig up the remains due to restrictions imposed by Israel on the entry of equipment required to remove the rubble of destroyed buildings, under which thousands of bodies remain trapped. Israeli authorities must urgently allow UN bodies and human rights investigators to access Gaza to preserve evidence, as ordered by the International Court of Justice.
