It helps if you actually put the tape over the hole instead of next to it and throwing your hands up like you don't know what's going on and if you turn the water off as well.

1. Turn the water off 2. Don't use cheap electrical tape 3. just go buy a new hose!!!

First of all… that’s the water pressure of a geriatric peeing. Buy a new hose or this… Do not do it while water is runner.
