IMPORTANT 🚨 Starting October 1, 2025 Cigna Health Insurance announced they will start using an algorithm to automatically down code what physicians do to reduce payments THIS IS FRAUD, if a doctor up codes it’s illegal, but CIgna decided they can make their own rules “If you have Cigna health insurance, don't be surprised if your doctor says he's no longer taking your coverage. Cigna announced that they're going to down code exam visits. So new patient exam and follow up patient exams, re-exams or follow ups that you have with your doctor for anything, they're going to take those high level exams when your doctor's actually spending time with you trying to figure things out coded at a 4 or a 5. These are higher level exams and they're gonna automatically down code these exams to a 2 or a 3. What this means is the doctor is gonna get paid less for the amount of time being spent with the patient and he's gonna be forced, he or she's gonna be forced to spend extra time sending in notes and records in addition to all the other things they have to do for the insurance company. I see this as a way that the doctors are just going to simply say enough, we're not going to take insurance anymore. I'm letting you know this because do not be surprised if doctors stop taking in Cigna as your insurance. This is right on the heels, maybe even the same day it was announced that Johns Hopkins Hospital is no longer going to be taking UnitedHealthcare. And if you don’t do it, I’m prepared to rebuild it all from scratch again. And he said anyone who rules Singapore has to have iron in their veins. I will rebuild it all from scratch. I was watching videos like that and was like this is what I need to do as a leader. It was very inspiring. There are moments like that. You have to stand up and say: We're going in this direction and if you're not on board with it, that’s okay, you can leave. But we're going this way. That's leadership.

It's 12 months ago that I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let poor Connie sleep. We like to think the few years we had her, where she had access to a lovely outdoor space, constant companionship and abundant love, made up for her first three miserable years being used for puppies, seldom seeing daylight and not even given a name. The unconditional love I've had from my dogs has been a gift, I readily returned. There will come a day, when I no longer have what it takes to give a dog a home. That will be one of the darkest days of my life. A lump my fill my throat and a tear run down my face, but my heart will be filled with the pure joy they brought to my life. If there is a better place than this , my dogs are already there. I imagine walking up a grassy hill under a water sun, with trees gently swaying in the breeze, with my many little dogs together besides me. That surely would be heaven to me. #ThinkDogThinkRecue

Democrats voter says “I will never vote Democrat again” “For almost 5 decades, I have been a liberal Democrat. I had raised my children to be Democrats and believe in the Democratic Party, all of that. And it took for this last election for me to have to sit down and do some real research and find out, like, who am I truly going to vote for and why? And it wasn't until a year ago, maybe a little over a year ago, that I realized they've been lying to us this whole time. We've been getting screwed this whole time. And the devastation that I felt, I cannot put into words. It was as if I was in a marriage with someone for 30 plus years, and I come to find out that they don't even love me. They got a whole new family of immigrants that they care about more — Being a Democrat is like being in a very toxic and abusive relationship. And I just pray that more and more of my people get out of that toxic and abusive relationship and conform to the true conservative values that you were raised with We were raised with these values. Man and woman should be married. You don't just go ahead and keep on getting pregnant about everybody just because you can kill them. Your body is sacred. You love and you worship God and you respect the house of the Lord. We all know that. All of these things, family first, family, God, faith, all that's first. All of these things were taught to us as we were being raised. In regards to who raised us or how we were being raised. This is what has been breded into us. They told you which way to walk down a grocery store aisle and refused service to you at a restaurant if you didn’t comply and wear a mask UNTIL you sat down. Thousands lost their jobs. The never ending saga of taking a shower 😂 🐣 Wahh, how am I going to wash up? 🐰 I really don’t want to wash up either 🐣 This is wrapped too. How am I going to unravel it? (his hair) 🐰 I have a solution. When you go to your room… 🐣 You sit on the sofa? Then it’s over. 🐰 No, not the sofa. 🐣 You have to go straight to the bathroom. You go directly to the bathroom with all your clothes on.. 🐰 and then you walk back out? 😂 🐣 If you do that it’s over, you won’t wash for another 2 hours 🐰 So the funny thing is, you have a queen sized bed 🐣 Oh yeah I heard there’s two beds here 🐰 yeah, and then you have a smaller bed, a single. So the single is a place I can lay down on without being clean 🐣 mmmmm. You shouldn’t tell me that… because…. No no, I can’t do that. I need to go straight to the bathroom without even looking to the side. I’m going to be honest. It’s been really hard on me. I’m unapologetically black in a predominantly white space and I face battles that no one else has to deal with. Culturally I’m different from literally every other person in this space so I feel completely misunderstood at times. People create fake accounts to harass me, I’ve been called the N word more times than I ever have in my life, people who I don’t even know go on podcasts and make up lies about me being a “runner”. Some people even found my mom’s number on the internet and called her house trying to get to me. Even when I’m winning it feels like every single bet or analysis is life or death. I don’t feel like I’m given the grace that other people may get who look different from me. I love what I do but I don’t deserve to be treated the way I’m treated by people especially for how much I’ve given to this space. I also don’t take kindly to being constantly called a DEI hire with all the things I’ve accomplished either. I probably don’t handle it the best. Ivy League degree aside, deep down I’m still a black kid from South West Philly and when I feel attacked, I revert back to the version of me that had to survive growing up. I try not to engage as much and ignore the noise but I’m not perfect. I’m still growing and still trying to become the best version of myself.

First of all, I want to say that looking back at everything it took to get here, I feel like I’ve been through so much. It’s been so much that sometimes I secretly wonder if I’ve even chosen the right path. There are so many emotions involved that I can’t explain them all today, or perhaps ever. There was a time when we started with nothing, then reached what I suppose was the pinnacle of life, and then it went down, and up and down again. I’ve faced the good times and various dramas. So many things that it almost feels like a dream. I never thought one person would have to shoulder so much. There were moments when I felt worthless or even started looking down on myself. However, I want to thank all my friends. Even if we haven't always talked about the specific problems, dramas, or successes each of us has faced, I always remind myself that in this house, I’m not the only one walking a path covered in stones and gravel. Knowing I have friends sharing the joys and sorrows makes me feel like I’m not alone. Even if those lonely thoughts creep in sometimes, I guess that’s just human nature. Most importantly, I have to thank P’Aoftion and the entire team for looking after us, no matter which gen we belong to.
