Garbage, no labelling of circuits, one Rcd for all circuits… all conductors look the same size.. if that was in Uk and new install would all be RCBO’s

Depends what country you are in I guess. In the UK the earths and neutrals would be terminate separately, for identification and testing.

Earths and neutrals not identified and doubled up, not ideal for testing. Power tool used for tightening 🤔 neat tho

No, it you are going to zip tie, don't leave small sharp edges. after its baked in that box for a few years it will get Brittle and Can easily cut up the next guys hands. Use close cuts. run a lighter over the end in a pinch.
