In season 2 episode 15 we see that House’s DVR has Blackadder (as well as SpongeBob and Monster Truck Jam). And idk if it counts but I always thought it was cool that the soap he watches has actors that resemble Chase and Cuddy. Its plot mirrors that of the episode sometimes too

I love when house opens the wall into Wilson's office, then never uses it again.

The only one of these that could actually be considered a fourth wall break is the "so this is exposition" call. All the rest make perfect sense in the episode

What do you mean "their set"? I don't get it

the scene gave us a glimpse into their set design (the way wilsons office was directly connected to the ddx lounge even though they always showed them as walking distance away from eachother)
