Within the first hour of Mr. Salgado's murder, I believe Mayor Whitmire should have announced that the HPD and the Harris County District Attorney's office were launching their investigation. It’s disappointing to see a public servant entrusted with serving Houstonians take several days to finally do this.

I missed his press conference when Jocelyn Nungaray was murdered by an illegal. What a fraud. Cares more about illegal alien criminals than citizens.
