It looks like his head position is just about parallel with his shoulders. I am not sure how many men can have their head in this kind of normal resting position, or even in their stretched position ? Maybe ladies can ? I do not know. But men, I do not think so. I surely can not do this even close. If any of you guys can do this, please mention it in the comments. But it does look to me like his neck, at this moment, is broken ? And for those, who do not have a background to this claim, I am attaching a video that hints to how his neck could have been broken, upon his hard body slam from about 4-5 height.
