There's a clear difference between Pride and Self Esteem.

Pride is a sexual identity. That’s the celebration of the month, for a sexual identity. Moms and dads are celebrated, but celebrated for their position as a parent. For every rainbow flag in a grade schoolers’ classroom, it’s for celebrating a sexual identity. Different perspective.

The word “pride” was originally chosen for just this reason, to show their anger at having to follow the Christian “rules” and they wanted to make Christians hurt. Now it’s just become the tradition, and no one cares that it is supposed to be an affront to Christians.
