I think I'll just grow some greens, thanks. And cook them with browned salt pork, yep.

I do like seaweed, but now I have to erase from my mind how it is made. This reminds me of the time I went out to eat in a Chinese restaurant and did not recognize an item on my plate and asked the waiter what it was. He promptly told me fungus. I would have rather he used the word mushroom instead..

Technically it's fungus in the TCM context. LOL!

I’ve had it. It’s better than you might think but wasn’t my cup of tea.

During festive season, this is a must dish. Just push aside.... LOL

Oh without a doubt. I’ve eaten quite a range of things here in China, so algae chips would fit right in. And hey, the stir fried cicadas weren’t that bad! 😜

Have you tried the Korean seaweed crisp? Salty but some are delicious!

I have. Very salty, but good in soups.

You're open to multicultural foods? I love snacking, just restocked my crisp bread and raisins.

Yeah, I'll try most things. Oriental foods, spicy foods. Snacks too many. What is the crisp bread?

Finn Crisp Original Rye Crispbread Dried Rye biscuits from Finland. Dry, bland but that's just how I like it.

Ok, I know what you are talking about. I have had the Wasa brand before. They are plain but good.

It is easy to buy in the UK; seaweed and algae are full of vitamins, and tastes great😋

I’d give it a try. It would have to taste better than kale.
