I wonder how much curriculum has changed? Our school taught us to always know the direction you’re facing whenever you walk or ride in a vehicle ( I still do that). We had to fill in maps with every State and its Capital City like this one 👇🏻

They used to TEACH US STUFF in school not how to twerk and how to be lgbtq and change your gender and how to use twitter etc.... We actually Studied and Learned stuff and EVERYONE used the same books and took the SAME TESTS and no 1 Graduated if they did not pass.

DC is not "in" any state, it's it's an annexed District in the United States. Geographically some of it is in Maryland and some of it is in Virginia. But it's not a part of any state, legally.
