RenY complication with GGF—>fluid distended stomach 2/2 antroduodenal obstruction. Initial thought is that there’s an antroduodenal intus,but that could be the duo folding over the antrum, which is definitely abnormally thickened. I would be concerned for ulcer or neoplasm at the obstruction site.
