This should be more widely known. Like taught repeatedly during pregnancy wellness visits, pre and post marriage counseling, advertised in baby dept stores, commercials on children’s channels etc

Most people aren't qualified to be good parents. Sadly, some don't even care about their kids. 99% of problems are caused by poor parenting. poor parenting = negative programming

This makes me so sad. I see myself as a little one in their shoes. My parents fought ridiculously every single day. It was so stressful. I never even thought about how it affected me as a baby 😳

That’s why it’s super important with toddler to be aware of your actions. Do not let your anger get the best of you. I know it can be hard but they are a sponge and still learning. Do nit let your emotions control you, control your emotions. 👈

Counter point, a 15 month old sees a stranger walk in and yell at his mom and now he’s confused so he’s not playing because something far more interesting is occurring right next to him

That's an incredible hypothesis. Nothing worse than a hostile environment for children upbringing. Children should have a safe childhood before entering adulthood and then taking on the challenges of life.

Childhood trauma affects me now as an adult. I don’t eat when people are upset with me. I believe I don’t deserve to eat.
