'All home grown'! Schmeikel, Bruce, Pallister, Staam, Keane, Van Nistelroy, Solsjaer, Irwin? I'm sure there are more too. Strange how these lot change the narrative when it suits! They had a very lucky season in 99. They were the best team around, but very, very lucky!

This team of home grown players & a few shrewd signings also had the most expensive squad in the league with the highest wage bail Fantastic achievement but don’t reinvent history

There’s only one team that’s scored for 1st time in 12 seconds at Wembley. There’s only one team that’s proved Ferguson wrong when he said, ‘Not in my lifetime’. There’s only one team that has a player whose scored the most goals in Premier League for 1st time. So what, David?

So 3 home grown players then, not 11, and the guys who scored, from London and Norway, not exactly home grown, never was the brightest lad in the world was he..

and there could possibly be one team who wins the champions league and treble from being champions, if City win it, it will be the real treble, not the backdoor treble
