🚨If someone comes into the United States and openly says on camera: “I want to kill as many Zionists as I can.” That is not protected activism. That is a public declaration of violence. If a person in America is calling for the killing of Americans… law enforcement should investigate immediately. And if that person is not a U.S. citizen, there is already a legal pathway for removal. Under U.S. immigration law, support for or advocacy tied to a designated terrorist organization like Hamas can make a person removable from the United States. If someone obtained citizenship through fraud while hiding extremist ties… the government can also pursue denaturalization through federal court. Yes…. We can. America is a nation of laws.
