How can anyone afford to rent any more??

Almost no one can really afford their rent or mortgages. The globalists are winning. Almost everyone will be dependent on the government soon.

Why would anyone want to be a landlord anymore with all the tenants rights they can be in there for months and months and months and it cost you thousands of dollars to finally get them out and then when you get the place back you got to spent thousands more dollars to fix it back up.

Renting is untenable. If I go into polotics it would be on the platform of forcing people hoarding property to liquidate the majority of their holdings. I'd also love to prevent anyone not a legal USA citizen from buying property. Pretty sure that'd make homes affordable again.

It used to be that it was cheaper to buy a house than it was to rent Now mortgage payments are just as high as high rent payments Either way we are screwed

Between 2016 to 2020, the household income had a crazy increase. Hmmm..... wonder why.
