How can anyone endorse this?

So because he broke the law they are allowed to break the law. Ok.

Phil ... dude ... you can't post a video like this without any context whatsoever. This guy shot at the cops shortly before this happened. If he hadn't done anything and this had happened, it would be inexcusable. But these cops are entirely justified in their actions.

Astounding how many people are fighting you on this. As he was complying they both kicked him in the head. After he was cuffed, one kicked him in the back. Totally illegal. Doesn't matter if he ran a stop sign or killed 20 people. His punishment is decided by a judge and jury.

Even with context their reaction was brutal. Are they the best of us or a danger to everyone around them?

I’m not sure if someone tried to shoot me how well I’d react. He’s probably fortunate he’s not dead. I’d want to see what led up to their response… as is typical with social media videos nowadays… the context was purposely edited out.

The “but he shot at cops,” crowd seems to think that policing means delivering “street justice,” instead of just doing the job while preserving the rights of citizens to not have their brains stomped in. What says they wouldn’t do this in other scenarios too?
