Schools got to start teaching civics again as a stand alone subject. Civics used to be its own subject with clear lessons on how government actually functions, the Constitution, and citizen rights. Now it’s often diluted inside broader social studies classes. Some students really don’t know what our country is about and how it works, or the advantages over systems like socialism and communism. We need to enlighten them again.
