Palestinians are the only group with their own UN refugee agency—UNRWA. UNRWA has 13K staff for 6M Palestinians. UNHCR has 30K staff for 122M real refugees. So the Palestinians get 1 UN worker for every 462 people. Meanwhile, real refugees get 1 for every 4,067. 3/13
