"Low Carbon" content and "Efficiency" of systems or machines, etc are two wholly different concepts and can't be inter-related until research so proves it, which so far is not the case.

Why would you pursue something this stupid? The second largest building block of this entire planet is carbon. Every life form on this planet including humans are carbon-based. Plants absorb CO2 sequester the carbon atom and release the oxygen atoms which is why life exists here.
