This week, during Women's Health Week, I asked the Albanese Government a direct question: What are you doing to protect the health, safety, privacy and rights of Australian women? Labor’s Minister for Women refused to answer. Instead, she accused me of “demonising” people simply for raising concerns shared by millions of Australians! Let’s be honest: it’s not hateful to defend the right of women to fair sport, safe changerooms, and female-only spaces. It’s basic common sense and it’s under threat. Labor and the Greens continue to defend changes made to the Sex Discrimination Act that erased the biological definitions of male and female. Those changes opened the door to policies that put ideology ahead of women’s wellbeing. That’s why I’m introducing legislation to amend the Act and restore definitions that reflect biological reality to protect the rights Australian women have fought for over generations. One Nation will always stand up for real women. We won’t be bullied into silence and we won’t stop fighting for fairness. Watch the exchange. Then ask yourself: why is Labor so afraid of the truth?
