@BurbankPD WTF is your problem? Arrest this man and give the VICTIM some relief! @burbankca Joseph McDougall dismiss all charges against her!

I was arrested nearly a dozen times bc an ex repeatedly lied. Took a private investigator to find the truth while I sat in a PRISON, violated, horrified, for a month. I was released when the truth came out but, no apology & he was never charged for falsifying anything.

Hey, @BurbankCA and @MyBurbankNews your fine city is the talk of TwitterWorld. Why won’t SOMEBODY please ask the @BurbankPD why it is protecting a bad cop? Don’t citizens of @BurbankCA deserve protection?

Interesting it looked the cop intentionally body-blocked the camera. Also if she went through the work and training to buy and use a gun, and she used it in self-defense, in her own home, I wouldn't doubt SHE would be the one charged with assault/murder...

Ladies, don’t date cops. They’re not all abusers but there’s a higher proportion of them that are, and they’re 10000% more dangerous because they know there’s nothing you can do and no one can help you.

A couple of years after our divorce my ex showed up one Sunday evening to say hi to our girls, something he had never done before. I made the mistake of letting him in, he went to talk to my youngest daughter and I went into the room when I heard her crying. He was shaking her by the shoulders and telling her to snap out of it, referring to the fact that she had been depressed. I never raised my voice but kept asking him to leave and he called me some pretty vile names in front of my kids then he told me I dare not touch him or he would pummel me into the ground. So I called 911 and then he took off. The cop filed a report but they never did anything, apparently the DA thought well it's 'just' a domestic disturbance as if we were still husband and wife, which apparently allows men to abuse women verbally and threaten to harm them? He wasn't even a cop. It doesn't have to be a cop it just has to be a man and they too often are let off the hook. They not only didn't arrest him but they empowered him. 🤬

I know there is an element of Brothers in Blue here, but how do they not take into account he is in HER house with her name on the lease? He claims it's DV. But does she tell them it's self-defense because he's trespassing or breaking and entering?
